clients, thus identifying medical transcriptionists who have practical
experience in a particular specialty or type of work. For our clients that have
a specific bank of questions they prefer as part of the objective questioning,
the question bank can be customized to meet their needs. Results of the
objective testing are automated with immediate feedback available to the
potential employer and the transcription candidate.
Transcription accuracy is tested through our voice file library of actual
physician dictations. Some clients prefer to use their voice files for testing
to establish how well the transcriptionist will do in their environment. These
voice files can be used once all identifying information has been deleted to
assure compliance to HIPAA standards. Documents that have been transcribed
are processed through our document comparison package and emailed to the client
for final analysis or they can be sent to the client without an initial
comparison.
